TriBeCa RVA | New Homes in Richmond VA

March 25, 2015

TriBeCa RVA is a new home project located on the southern edge of VCU. The development was named for its central and highly-walkable location that is known as the TRIangle BElow CAry Street.

I am truly excited to be a part of TriBeCa because this project exemplifies what life in modern Richmond is all about.

The residents of TriBeCa are able to enjoy an active, healthy outdoor lifestyle with quick access to both Byrd and Maymont Parks along with all the trails of our prized James River Park system. Having emerged as an artistic and cultural hub of the east coast, neighborhoods like the FAN, Oregon Hill and the Arts District surrounding TriBeCa are home to dozens of cafes, restaurants, artisan studios, boutique shops and art galleries which are within easy walking distance. Richmond landmarks like the Jefferson Hotel, Altria Theater, Monroe Park and Hollywood cemetery are close by. You can even leave your car at home in your personal parking space during festival season and walk your lawn chair to the Canal Walk, Brown’s Island or Belle Isle.

Created by award winning local architect and Byrd Park resident Dave Johannas, these homes offer the best of historic RVA city living along with the ease and benefits of modern design and construction. Inspired by early twentieth century architecture, the exteriors are timeless and elegant. Earth friendly and low maintenance materials have been incorporated into the fit and finishes for maximum sustainability. Once inside, the attentive care given to developing a floor plan optimized for today’s modern lifestyle is unmistakable. Energy efficiency, minimizing utility costs and finding ways to reduce the home’s impact on the environment were all key considerations in the design process.
